Nathan chows down

Can’t give Lucie all the attention – though that what she seems to get at home (sigh).

Here’s Cowboy Nathan snacking on some hearty Mexican grub at last year’s National Western Stock Show. He’s a good reader, but I think he enjoys eating more.

If you had the choice between a fantastic meal and a wonderful book, what would you choose?

   That is just the dearest picture! My son is 6, too.

   What an unfair question! I guess I would have to pick a good meal–I can’t ignore a growling stomach for long. But I would probably sneak my book to the table and read it on my lap, just like I did when I was eight.
