Perhaps it is one of those things that will come when you are least expecting it- you know, like when you ignore a bad habit instead of focusing on eliminating it. Hopefully one day soon he'll stumble upon a chapter book series or some non-fiction book that lights the reading fire in him. I can imagine how tough that would be.
