Christmas is not a time for slacking off! Try to keep up with your routine as much as possible and don’t forget that there are a variety of ways you can exercise over the Christmas break. Take the family out for a nice long walk, build a snowman (if you are lucky enough to have a white Christmas) or join the kids on their new bikes. You may not be using your fitness equipment as much with a house full of friends and family, but you can still remain active rather than slouching in front of the TV with the chocolates.
Find some coral calcium sachets, which are “teabags,” to add minerals to your purified water because it will reduce the pH in your body; otherwise purified water alone will rob your bones and organs of precious calcium.
Even though children may claim they do not need to eat breakfast, as parents we know better. Children need food. It is important to help them grow and to help them learn. They may not feel hungry but their brains and bodies need nutrients. With the current problems of obesity it is important to teach children healthy eating practices. The lesson of a healthy breakfast every day is good place to start.
The key is to find a recipe in a flavor and style that’s right for you. It’s important to remember that recipes are meant to be a guide and you should feel free to experiment when making homemade granola bars. If a recipe calls for raisins, and you prefer dried cherries, make the switch. Baking is meant to be fun and creative, provided your substitutions make sense, such as one kind of fruit or nut for another.
General Mills Milk and Cereal Bars come in a few different varieties. You can get a variety pack of Honey Nut Cheerios, Cocoa Puffs, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch, or just get a box of any of these three individually. I prefer the variety pack, because then you can have whatever flavor you feel like that morning.
Do not get carried away with your Christmas supermarket shop. Remember, Christmas is a celebration but does it really warrant that 1KG tin of chocolates or the 12 pack of pastry packed sausage rolls and pork pies?! If it is not in your trolley it cannot end up in your mouth, so shop sensibly. Your waistline and wallet will both be grateful!
You feel that life is full to the brim of awful things, it is like one big struggle. The day starts off bad and goes downhill from here. You feel that you have achieved nothing in your life of any value and nor will you in the future. It is just pointless and there is no real point in continuing. You feel empty and life holds no meaning. You often feel like you are on the edges of the world watching these happy people getting on with their day and there is no room for you.
